Your Fine Arts Support Makes a Difference!
The BHS Fine Arts Boosters (FAB) is a community of parents, alumni, sponsors, and supporters dedicated to enriching Fine Arts opportunities at Barrington High School. FAB provides funding for teacher wish lists, student scholarships, private lesson stipends, specialized equipment, visiting artists, performances, and experiences not covered by the school budget. Our support reaches students across music, theater, dance, TV production, and the visual arts, helping BHS Fine Arts continue to grow, inspire, and thrive. You can select your level of involvement below by selecting to Sponsor, be a Booster, or even become a Member!
A corporation or local business that financially supports Fine Arts Boosters. Sponsors receive recognition through advertising in our printed programs and placement of their company logo on the FAB website.
A parent, family member, alum, community member, or patron of the arts who makes a financial contribution to support Fine Arts students and programs. Boosters are recognized on our website by name and giving level.
A Booster who wants to take their involvement a step further by actively participating in the organization. Members may serve as executive officers, committee chairs, or representatives for one of the Fine Arts disciplines.
The Fine Arts Boosters of Barrington High School is a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 36-3957243), therefore your gift may also qualify for a matching contribution from your employer. Please consider an application for matching funds if your employer supports the matching program. Thank you again for being a angel of FAB and for supporting all of the incredible BHS Fine Arts Programs!
2025-2026 Boosters & Sponsors Donations Helped Pay for the Following
Stipends ($6000): $100 for private lesson stipends for 60 students. These stipends helped offset the cost of private instruction, ensuring our students can continue to refine their crafts with specialized mentors.
Choir ($3,000): Full funding for the a cappella festival and guest artist expenses, like Deke Sharon and Charlie Arthur (beatboxer). 55 students benefited.
Dance ($9,200): Significant support for the Artist-in-Residence programs, ensuring our dancers continue to learn from world-class professionals, like the Giordano Dance Chicago Residency. Approximately 175 students benefited.
BHS-TV ($2,800): Funding for one high-performance Canon lens to enhance high-quality student photos and videos that celebrate achievements, support school and district communications, build community pride, and create a lasting visual record of the BHS experiences. Over 190 students benefited.
Band ($5,000): Full funding to replace the 15-year old cymbals with new marching crash cymbals and bags, providing the drumline with the high-quality equipment they need to excel. 6 students benefited and will be used by students for years to come.
